  • Lead team of engineers of varying levels to conduct review of land development projects from small projects to large commercial and residential subdivisions. This entails the review of traffic studies, making sure that projects meet County and Caltrans Standards, and review for conformity to General Plan standards.
  • Review of civil engineering plans pertaining to traffic engineering and assigning of this task to team. Review also of signal plans and make sure that plans of this nature meet County and Caltrans Standards.
  • In charge of traffic safety program for the County. Lead team to review collision hot spots and write and review traffic safety reports as well as make recommendations for improvements.
  • Write and review applications for the Caltrans-administered HSIP (Highway Safety Improvement Program) grants.

This entailed working with the Dry Creek Community and an outside traffic/environmental consultant in order to provide recommendations for the overall development of roadways and intersections in the Dry Creek area of unincorporated West Roseville.
  • Completed design and deliverables for over 10 design projects including the Auburn Folsom Road Class 2 Bike Lane and Pedestrian Path project, Foresthill Road High Friction Surface Treatment Project, Roadway Safety Sign Audit and Sign Upgrade Project, Horseshoe Bar Road Vertical Realignment Project, etc.
