  • Identified a TMS raetshop issue through comprehensive analysis, leading to potential savings exceeding $100,000.
  • Successfully guided the shipping department through a series of transitions involving multiple carriers after the exit of our primary provider. I redesigned the sorter layout to enhance operational efficiency, focusing on mirrored sorting based on volume percentages. This new configuration strategically positioned the highest-volume chutes closer to the center of the department, thereby minimizing unnecessary movement.
  • Developed a comprehensive DC6 master acronym guide by collaborating with all departments to ensure we captured the complete range of acronyms utilized within the distribution center. This guide will serve as a valuable resource for enhancing knowledge across the facility, and will enhance the onboarding process for new hires by providing clarity on DC-specific terminology and integration practices.
  • DC6 ACMe Manager. I helped grow the DC6 champions team, as well as collaborated with leaders from the other three DCs to get ACMe initiatives standardized across the network and in a steady state.
