I am an accomplished Fraud Investigator who is seeking the opportunity to further my career with the County of San Bernardino. I have investigated a multitude of cases including CF, CW, WTW, EBT Trafficking and Employee cases. As a current employee of Human Services, Program Integrity Division (PID), I know how amazing the unit has become and hope to both further my career, while also lifting PID up and into the future. I have long term goals that all include me working for San Bernardino County, Human Services.

Fraud Investigator

As a Fraud Investigator, I have completed referrals for multiple districts. I have also completed specialty referrals such as 2259's, employee fraud and fleeing felons. I also complete extensive criminal investigations that result in criminal filings with our District Attorney's office. This includes criminal investigations on employees, as well as EBT Trafficking cases. In my over seven years as an investigator for San Bernardino County, I have helped create and maintain our Field Training/ Training Investigator Program (FTO/TI). I have been an FTO since the creation of the program and have trained nine investigators. I also support our unit as a Firearms Instructor, Defensive Tactics Instructor, Active Shooter Instructor, Glock Armorer and Rapid Containment Baton (RCB) Instructor. I facilitate fraud training at PERC for the onboarding of new employees. I have testified as an expert witness in EBT trafficking for the San Bernardino County Superior Court in a murder trial.

As a Deputy Sheriff, I responded to calls for service and utilized my strong communication and investigation skills. I investigated a varity of crimes including property crimes, crimes against persons and specialized in traffic investigations. I filed my cases with the District Attorney's office and had many cases prosecuted. During my complex investigations, I also authored and served several search warrants. I was selected to attended a total of 240 hours of specialized training in traffic collision investigations. During my time as a Deputy, I was awarded the Medal of Valor for an act of bravery.
