  • Use online carrier portals to check on transit status, investigate transit issues, book drivers for pickup, order supplies and pull Proof of Delivery documents
  • Communicate with International and Domestic carriers to track shipments, provide shipment updates and to notify them of damaged or missing material for which a claim would need to be filed.
