This includes overseeing between thirty and forty associates and departments including the store's highest volume department, curbside pickup; review weekly cash reports for accuracy and monitoring the safe consistently to ensure accuracy; verifying deposits of up to $15,000; review previous days reports; verifying/checking/counting inventory; running cash register; payroll responsibilities (closing bi-weekly, editing time cards, etc.)/review associates' time; completing employee evaluations on an annual basis; communicating with the Operations Assistant Store Manager to ensure each of the listed policies and procedures are carried out in a timely and correct manner; communicating with the Sales Assistant Store Manager to ensure sales and promotions are passed along through the department; training new hires in the department and cross-training other store associates; introduce and maintain new methods of training per Lowe's corporate; collaborated with other departments to ensure seamless coordination in achieving company-wide objectives; improved customer satisfaction rates through attentive service, prompt issue resolution, and continuous process improvements.
