• Responsible for physically sorting mail Handling goods and documents in a busy warehouse setting
• Prepares documents and other items for shipping
• Weighs mail and calculates correct postage
• Uses mail sorting and postage meter machines
• Fills out mailing labels, including researching proper country codes for international mail and regional zip codes for domestic mail

• Setting up the packing line according to the staging packet and related paperwork;
• Perform other tasks as directed by managers and provide sanitation assistance when needed keep warehouse free of clutter;

• Load and Unload incoming and outgoing shipment of cargo
• Scan packages and build freight for plane

• Process sales, payments, issue refunds and credits
• Help customers with inquiries and complaints
