In this position I serve as a central point of contact in the Eligibility Unit for the county office staff to provide necessary information needed to make a IV-E & Medicaid Eligibility determination for children in foster care. I am also responsible for making secondary IV-E eligibility determinations with a minimal level of supervisory oversight of caseload assignees. I am held accountable for training and monitoring new staff as well as occasional travel across the state to county offices. I facilitate and maintain a positive work environment within the Unit and with the county office staff.
