  • Provided daily technical oversight and leadership to the Powerplant team to support the internal and external maintenance and operational activities.
  • Issues work scopes to address APU and Engine Pre and Post Shop preparations. Ensuring the team split and prep Engine to ship for overhaul, repairs and alteration; ensuring the team re-builds engine safely, and efficiently to have Post Shop engine ready and available for the various fleet of aircrafts.
  • Collaborate with the Engine planning team to meet Engine & APU removal schedules with available Powerplant and resolving any technical issues.
  • Reviewing and auditing all shop tooling, equipments and spare Engine stands for serviceability and readiness.
  • Coordinate with Structures and Engineering for repairs that may be required on all engine components.
