I am an ambitious father of 5. I set high goals and standards for myself. Not only do I show up everyday, I give 100% at everything I set my mind to. I might not be the best at what I do and I do not claim to be, but I strive to be better everyday. I'm looking for a long-term career. I have management experience, customer service experience, HVAC Service and Sales experience. During my time is service, I consistently surpassed fellow coworkers in IAQ sales, winning contests and bonuses often. I then moved up to a level 3 Service Technician (Opportunity Technician) where I exceeded monthly goals as well. After reaching the top tech position, I started to receive sales calls when they were short handed on the Comfort Advisor staff. After showing my potential, I was offered a position in sales as a Comfort Advisor. I do have the highest average ticket for the month. I also have learned to accommodate my sales approach depending on the customer. I feel I would be a good fit for the position due to my knowledge in HVAC as well as my willingness to learn more everyday.
