Analysis of Deep Learning Algorithm For Plant Leaf Disease Detection

  • Deep learning algorithm RESNET-50 was analyzed for tomato leaf disease detection.
  • Data Augmentation technique is implemented to overcome overfitting problem and achieve an increase in the number of training images from 10k to 40k images.
  • Used various performance metrics such as Accuracy and ROC score and Achieved best ROC score: 0.99 for RESNET-50 Model.
  • Also implemented GRAD-CAM Explainablity AI method for my above model.


Sensor Data Collection Using Autonomous UAV  

  • Built Autonomous UAV which has a range of 1.5km and 4hrs of flytime capacity.
  • Autonomous UAV Collected data from sensors at different locations(loaded GPS points).
