Dispatching alarms to proper authorities and notifying customer of alarm conditions and answering incoming calls. Monitor alarm signals and respond to alarms using the information provided on instruction screens. Places necessary outgoing calls to verify an alarm, dispatch the proper authorities, and notify responsible parties. Needs the ability to remain calm and speak clearly to customers. Properly documents all responses for the alarm within the alarm monitoring software. Other duties to be assigned as needed.

• Collect toolbox once assigned a press you’re working that day/night
• Once molding comes from press it all depends on what instructions call for what the customer wants done to the part
• Trim flash (extra material on part), use the mallet to hit off tips on parts, “cheese grader” shaves down the excess material off part (flash), torch burns off excess material on part, hydro cutters cut off solid parts that are not able to be taken off with handheld cutters
• Let part cool on rack if work instructions call for it, bag part if work instructions call for it
• Maintain clean work space

• Create/ maintain/ locate online orders
• Create/ complete phone sales
• Handle returns/ exchanges/ purchases
• Check product availability at our store/ other locations for customer

• Handle RTV’s (return to vendor items)

• Walk/ clean assigned zone area
• Push out truck and restock items in zone area
• Backstock (in backroom) items that do not all fit in assigned zone area
• Markdown items in zone that become clearance or salvaged items
• Backup for fast and friendly service as cashier
• Help push out new promotional or sale signs in assigned zone area (when sales are in)
• Assist with VMG (visual merchandise guide) when assigned zone is being rearranged for the new season or new promotion going on with in the store

• Maintains a neat, clean and safe environment – with fixture organization and stock supplies
• Maintain and stock sales floor, including cash wrap displays, feature areas, clearance
• Increase sales and conversion by maintaining sales floor and stockroom
• Place price tickets, sensor tags, properly prepare merchandise for the floor display
• Unloading and processing freight deliveries
• Assistance with any display modifications under the direction of warehouse lead
• Support the warehouse lead to complete inventory control functions to help financial and inventory precision
• Responsible for merchandise handles process, including; #PREPPED, Back stock, Unit Letters, Damages, Mismates, Fill back and stockroom organization
• Assist with flexes of the stock room during seasons to ensure capacity is maximize
• Assistance with all order fulfillment from stores
• Moving merchandise from shipping containers to display cases, ability to move merchandise to the storage area/sales floor – Must have the ability to handle heavy items
• Responsible for processing shipping containers, must verify receipt of goods for the sales floor
• Safely operate handling equipment, and keep in good condition (i.e., U-boats, scanning devices, pallet jacks etc.)
• Handle difficult customer situations
• Assist in new hire training
• First responder to contact when shifts are inattentive
