I worked there as an inside sales representative. My responsibilities included assisting clients, entering material selections into the system, sending emails, and supporting outside sales representatives with their clients. I also worked with DOS systems during my time there.

• Verified identification of signee by looking through identification documents, licenses and passports.
• Liaised between borrowers, loan officers and escrow officers to facilitate smooth and efficient loan closing process.
• Ensured all notarizations were performed in accordance with state laws and regulations.
• Reviewed mortgage papers for compliance with industry standards and guidelines.
