• Started as a waitress, and was offered to bartend, as well as clean overnight.
• In a short time I have built relationships with management, and the owners. And have been trusted with making decisions, and “the keys”!
• We’re currently in a transition phase, but I hope to continue to make those same impressions, and be rewarded with the same opportunities!

• I managed social media pages for women and companies
• Created engaging content for multiple social media platforms, such as Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Managed the daily operations of all assigned social media accounts.
• Coordinated with external vendors or agencies to produce high quality visuals or videos.
• Identified potential opportunities for collaborations between the company and other organizations.
• Created social media strategies to increase sales and brand awareness across multiple platforms.
• Engaged with and responded to online audience through relevant comments.

Peer to peer leadership with 3 high functioning mentally ill men.

• Educated patients on self-care techniques that would help them maintain their independence.

Mostly transported them to and from work, and cooked and did light housework, and made sure they did their chores, and completed their hygiene. I did administer medication. But they were high functioning, so it was more of a leadership role, than it was hands on.

• I started out waitressing and quickly moved up to a management position. That positions job requirements were as followed:
• Acting floor manager
• Cashier
• Togo orders
• Check out all of the waitresses open tabs
• Greet guests, make rounds to check back to ensure satisfaction.
• Assign duties to closers.
• Till the register.

• I was a certified nursing assistant, and acting house manager over a 3 person total care home. I was certified in medication administration, which means I acted as both the caretaker, and the daily nurse for 3 total care women in their home. Daily requirements included getting them up and hygiene completed, meds administered at appropriate times, and all meals cooked and fed to them. Brief changes, peg tube cleaning, and feedings, and house duties such as laundry, and cleaning. I also was acting house manager so that meant keeping supplies ordered and paperwork up to date. All appointments attended, and milestones met. So time management, peer to peer leadership, and being self aware was a requirement for my position, and that specific house. Those 3 women were very aware and need to be poured into as individuals, because it wasn’t work to them, it was their home. They were never clients, they were family and the reason I fell in love with nursing.
