As a National Guardsman, I had to complete training one weekend every month and two weeks in the summer for Annual Training. During these Drill weekends my tasks usually involved maintenance of my equipment and keeping up with physical fitness. Each month's training often varied.

I was one of the last faces a guest would interact with after their shopping experience. I would ensure that I assisted the guests with a smile on my face and to answer any questions they had. If I didn't know the answer right away I would call someone more experienced to help the guest out.
