I work remotely. I was trained by Apple to analyze and repair Apple MacOS and iOS. I provide senior technical support for software related issues. My duties included, customer satisfaction and working with individuals to ensure their new, repair or replacement device is working as Apple intended.

I was responsible for product advertising, sales and office management. Customer relations. Established relationships with buyers and increased sales by 10%.

Maintained property by addressing tenant complaints, completing repairs and coordinating vendors and contractors as needed. Created, mentored, and managed a cohesive leasing and maintenance team.

Reviewed loan files for completeness, identified missing documentation, and generated condition lists for applicants. Prepared documents for underwriting and handled any conditions required.

Payroll, A/P & A/R. Hired, supervised and assigned duties to all maintenance and leasing. Repaired delinquency reports and enforced leases by forcible detainer as needed. Property upkeep, marketing, and screening potential tenants.
