Assisting customer needs and service/ sales needs with billing call review feedbacks for a Reps that aren’t following proper procedures and guidelines. As well, as reviewing forms and documents, sending out proof as well as mentoring new consultants to the role. I have been in this role for I would say out of my 10 years with PROGRESSIVE maybe four years prior to that I was blended for maybe about six months and prior to that I was a service consultant that handled specialty states New York , North Carolina,Florida and Massachusetts where I assisting customers with questions, concerns with Billings and documents and follow up items with the policy items, as well as I also assisted agencies with the four agents only system.

• Inspect product for any recalls or issues as well as checking time stamped dates for the codes to verify product is within warranty. Following warranty guidelines. Returning merchandise, back to vendors back up, head cashier to assist with giving cashiers breaks and handling lines when they became become overflow. Handling the cash register with checkout procedures, as well as refund procedures.

• Greet and serve the customer. Handle inbound and outbound to go orders assisting customers with placing orders cashing customers out when they are ready to pay their bills. Also, bus tables and assisted as a fill-in waitress.
