• Support daily operations of a 241 unit luxury community, partnering with leadership to maintain occupancy, revenue, and service standards.
• Serve as Manager on Duty in absence of Community Manager, overseeing operational continuity and resident relations.
• Support financial operations including budget tracking, variance reporting, demographic reporting, and accounting reconciliation.
• Manage resident accounts including rent collection, deposits, and financial record accuracy.
• Execute lease agreements, renewals, and compliance documentation while maintaining fair housing and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate resident engagement programming including fitness events, vendor partnerships, food trucks, and community activities to support retention.
• Train and mentor leasing staff in sales strategy and customer experience delivery.
