I was employed by a small, family owned business that features an extensive brunch menu in the heart of Ahwatukee. I was the lead server and trainer and managed the FOH two days a week. My duties included seating guests, taking beverage and food orders, and delivering all items to my section as well as the rest of the dining room. I touched tables to ensure guest satisfaction and communicated directly with the BOH staff and the host team to oversee the flow of the restaurant as a whole. All servers are their own cashiers and I was the cash till key-holder on managing shifts to assist in cash transactions.
