Since returning to the work force nearly ten years ago, I have established a comprehensive knowledge of business operations, and developed a diverse set of skills, with an emphasis on Human Resources. Through this knowledge, I have become an integral corporate team member of a fast growing business. An HR team of one, that manages numerous aspects of the business including, payroll, benefits, recruitment, and performance management. Knowledge and experience in lower level IT functions, such as managing a Microsoft Office account, configuring complicated phone systems, trouble shooting various technology issues, correcting the issues or escalating them to the appropriate provider. Over the last several years my role has become focused solely on HR, managing five entities across four states. In the Director role I have developed and implemented systems and processes that align with company growth and engagement objectives, with an emphasis on the building of a robust HRIS. A persuasive and articulate communicator, who excels at problem solving and coaching managers on strategies that both protect the business and develop talent.
