I reviewed all total loss vehicles for the east coast and made sure the process of converting the vehicle to farmers name so we can resell the vehicle with copart and IAA.

I would contact the vehicle owners, Banks as well and state to get the process completed and when paperwork was difficult to acquire would seek alternative methods to get the paperwork completed timely.

We would process all paperwork received for the vehicles daily as well as reach out to insured and banks to make sure everything is processing and get needed paperwork.
