Work History

Restaurant Server

Stadium XV

  • This was my first time ever working in the restaurant industry and I was at first a hostess but then after one day my manager said we are putting you on the floor. There was a nervous but excited feeling while learning on how to be a well trained server. During my time at this job, I have showed them I am very driven, well rounded, kind and very outgoing person. This job has made me feel more comfortable speaking in front of others. While tackling this new experience it has showed me that you can truly work in any industry that you would like as long as you are driven and have willingness to learn.
  • I have demonstrated strong multitasking skills by managing multiple tables simultaneously without compromising service quality.
  • I have worked with POS system to place orders, manage bills, and handle complimentary items.
  • I have cultivated warm relationships with regular customers.
  • I have performed opening and closing duties, ensuring the dining area was prepared for seamless service transitions.
  • I have increased sales with upselling techniques and thorough knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions.
  • I am recognized for only having to show me how to do something once and I can pick it up right away.
  • I used slow periods to restock supplies, ice, trays, and delivery bags.

  • This job has helped me become way better with communicating points that I need to express and public speaking.
  • While being a college soccer player, I am able to share my talent and teach these girls what college soccer is all about and teach them certain techniques that needs to be learned at this age.
  • I have developed the players" abilities through targeted drills, fostering teamwork and enhancing individual strengths
  • I have promoted a positive team culture by encouraging sportsmanship, teamwork, and mutual respect among players. This is a life lesson that comes a long way, especially if these girls learn this now.
  • Most importantly while these girls need to take trainings seriously to better themselves, I always make sure my players are having fun while working hard. This will allow my players to look forward in coming to practice and building their love for the sport of soccer.
