Administrative Support/Human Resources, 01/27/18, Present, Partners Tax & Accounting, LLC/Hartline Financial Advisors, I work full time plus overtime as the administrative support to five accountants and two financial advisors (Accounting firm owner). I acquire information for 1099s from all business clients for their employees & enter it into our tax software, print & mail 1099s to each client. E-file 1096s(reports for IRS). I run the entire online side of our company when it comes to e-signatures & online client portals. I put together all of our clients returns that exercise our “drop-off” tax preparation option, making sure payment vouchers are in order & finish check out process(handling cash, deposits, & running credit card machine). I log daily transactions into excel for records. This spreadsheet must be accurate as our tax preparers bonuses are given according to monies recorded on my spreadsheet. Each day matches with deposit slips & credit card reports. I call & pay invoices for the company & log/file it. I send out birthday cards each month for investment clients. Each month I report sales tax on the My Alabama Taxes website for multiple client businesses. Compose professional emails & letters. Reach out to tech support when there is an issue to be resolved. Order company supplies after searching for best prices, answer calls,manage schedules using Outlook and check in all clients. I log incoming & outgoing mail via Excel, scan supporting documents into tax software, file documents, send and receive faxes via Outlook. Some bookkeeping. I have also trained our new employees for the role of front desk.
