  • I served in this position in various communities and school settings around Jackson, Ms. I taught lessons on nutrition provided by my employer. My job consisted of organizing two family engagements at my selected site. I would assist in the cafeteria when needed or just make my presence known during lunchtime. I also supported any gardens that were affiliated with my selected schools and communities. I served three terms consecutively. The first two were at Blackburn Middle School and the recent one with MidTown Public Charter School. I facilitated a field trip with my MidTown students in a safe and efficient manner. I participated in the planting of the fruit tree forest that now is a part of the MidTown community sponsored by Amazon. I also attended multiple work related training in and out of state.
