• Responsible for managing and expanding strategic relationships with key global accounts of Convergint, supporting the execution of multi-site projects across LATAM with a focus on electronic security and audio-visual integration (AVI).
• Lead the management of Convergint’s comprehensive security portfolio, including video surveillance (CCTV), access control systems, intrusion detection, intercom, visitor management, PSIM, identity management, and command and control center solutions (CCO).
• Coordinate the deployment of AV solutions such as meeting room technology, digital signage, videowalls, auditorium systems, and control centers, ensuring standardization and adherence to global client requirements.
• Serve as the main commercial interface between Convergint Global Accounts and LATAM operations, ensuring projects are delivered with global alignment and local execution excellence.
• Manage the partnership with PSNI Global Alliance in LATAM, acting as the primary liaison for all AV-related opportunities, facilitating collaboration with PSNI affiliates to enhance Convergint’s delivery capacity in the region.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within global accounts, promoting Convergint’s full suite of security and AV solutions;
