Airport Site - Nov 2024 - Current:

This is a mid-rise project with 6 floors. With a total of 163 rental apartments, 3 retail areas, 1 lobby, 1 fitness center, a pool area and a club room area.

In this project, I am serving from ground up as the superintendent. It is in the initial stage, advancing with civil works drainage on site, sewer tapping on the street, structural footings and columns on the ground floor. Working with all soil inspections, structure, drainage, civil works, crane installations.

14 Allappattah Project - Jan 2023 - Nov 2024:
This project consists of two buildings: a high-rise with 13 floors and a mid-rise with 5 floors. With a total of 236 rental apartments, 2 lobbies, 1 retail area, 2 fitness centers, pool area and a club room area.

My participation from ground up as a superintendent in this project from foundations to final finishes, including inspections, enhancing the following activities:
- Request inspections with the different categories such as structure, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fireproofing, windows, roofing, stucco, railings, drywall, and fire alarm.
- Following up with the shell contractor in the structural, underground, and vertical steel and concrete process, including all concrete tests, footing inspections, densities, shoring, post-tensioning, and masonry.
- After completing the structure, I took care of all the interior work including drywall, interior MEP rough, FP rough, and all the finishes such as painting, cabinets, flooring, doors, tiles, final trim.
- In all work executed, supervising the quality and specifications reflected in the project plans, shop drawings, and submittals.

In my experience at ONX Homes, I was able to serve as General Superintendent from ground up:

- Overseeing 3 projects simultaneously, managing field operations in civil, structural, interiors, exteriors, common areas, landscaping, roofing, and leading teams of up to 5 superintendents under my supervision.

- Led safety and quality initiatives, significantly reducing on-site incidents.

- Developed and implemented strategies to meet project requirements and deadlines.

Banyan Ridge - 228 apartments:

This project had a total of 228 apartments and a clubhouse with a pool.

- I had the opportunity of being part from the ground up in the supervision and execution of the structure and the interior and exterior finishes of the project, requesting all inspections, walking and attending inspections with the different categories, and managing the inspection documents.

- Following the approved plans and the quality shop drawings.

-Oversaw construction of 228-apartment project, ensuring timely completion and compliance with regulations

- Coordinated inspections with GFA International and Palm Beach Fire Department, ensuring project adherence to standards

- Monitored progress of electrical, plumbing, and waterproofing tasks, addressing potential delays proactively

- Reported project status using specialized software, maintaining alignment with work schedules and milestones.

With the Brickless group, I have had the opportunity to start as an APM assisting with project documentation, inspections of all categories and submittals, plans, RFIs, etc.

Then I had the opportunity to work as a superintendent from the ground up.

- Directed planning and execution for 238 townhomes, ensuring timely completion and compliance with regulations

- Coordinated inspections and managed multidisciplinary teams, delivering high-quality results on budget

- Monitored project milestones, adhering to schedules and reporting progress to stakeholders

- Meticulously oversaw planning and execution of multiple townhomes projects, coordinating inspections and ensuring adherence to Miami-Dade County regulations and work schedules

• Supervised high-end kitchen installations ensuring top-quality craftsmanship and timely project completion
• Led teams to optimize productivity, maintaining strict project timelines and high standards
• Managed inventory, reducing waste and ensuring timely availability of materials for seamless operations

With this experience, I was able to work on designing lightweight concrete mixes and implementing production techniques in large-scale commercial projects.
