Accomplishments

While working at BWI, I was always counted on to do more than what was expected of me. Not only did I do my Lead agent duties, but i was counted to meet all the diversions, charters, work in operations, help with baggage service and occasionally meet the aircraft when it arrived at the gate. I took pride in helping wherever I was needed. I always insured a high level of productivity and efficiency at all times.
