  • My area is typically 5+ units, I am responsible for staffing, development, financials, operations, unit safety and sanitation inspections. Weekly financial reporting and developing action plans, employee disciplinary actions, guest relations, corporate relations with franchise consultants and more.
  • I also am the R&M coordinator, recruiting reputable vendors and keeping track of and lowering costs while keeping equipment well maintained.
  • I do the employee onboarding paperwork for the company as well as weekly orientation.

  • I had 2 stores and 3 more on the books to be built in the very near future. I divided my time between the 2 stores conducting operations and safety/security inspections and financial audits. I coach and develop the General Managers (and the managers and staff if when necessary) and help them develop their financial skills, I help them when they struggle and mentor them through their own action plans. I believe that support and recognition go hand in hand with accountability as there needs to be an equal and fair amount of both. I basically am a support system and coach in the field and a financial/asset/liability protector for the franchisee.
