As a sales porter I am responsible for event set up and break down, working/serving/bussing/making guests comfortable and happy, maintain the buffet and drink stations, work with kitchen staff to ensure the menu is correct and food quality is up to par. I also assist other departments besides sales. I help keep the terrace, lobby, bathrooms, library, dining room, and kitchen clean. Office work including putting away invoices, organizing end of the year files, organizing employee training binders, laminating, cutting flyers, organizing and creating our monthly birthday board for employees. In the kitchen I help keep a current inventory of all utensils, plates, and catering materials. When asked or needed I will help servers carry food and/or make drinks for them. I do a nightly walk through of the kitchen and all walk-in's to ensure all food is properly put away and all equipment is off. When needed I will also help the dishwasher with their tasks. During events I not only do my tasks but I also try my best to make sure the bartenders have all the supplies they need.
My job as a supervisor included supervising/training employees, getting needed supplies for all employees working in my assigned buildings, inspecting all my buildings regularly for quality work, relaying any complaints from clients to our employees, restocking my buildings supply rooms, and keeping a good relationship with our accounts. When not doing these duties I was responsible for filling in when an employee was unavailable. Supervising also included driving the company van to finish these tasks.

Collecting samples and either prepping results for the doctor, reding the results myself, or having them ready to be sent to the lab. Assisting with radiographs, exam rooms, receptionist duties when needed, etc.
