Started as truck driver, transitioned to inside sales, and then to kitchen designer focusing on pre-fab cabinets. Oversaw operations of a small truss plant and created roof truss designs. Executed AGM responsibilities including overseeing team operations in 1995 and continued in that role until retiring. Also certified fork lift operator and trained new employees including cdl truck drivers. I assisted with the operation safety program including accident and injury prevention and investigation. i also oversaw operational maintenance responsibilities of the facilities.
