As a Recovery Tech;

• Act as the receptionist to schedule appointments for patients.
• Check clients in upon arrival and check them out after their appointment.
• Take payments through our Vagaro System and provide clients with receipts.
• Assist the athletic trainers in hooking up patients to the recovery machines.
• I enjoy interacting with the patients and getting to know them.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace for optimal productivity and safety.
• Promote a welcoming atmosphere by greeting customers with a friendly demeanor and promptly addressing their needs.
• Pleasantly interact with customers during hectic periods to promote fun, positive environment.
• Contribute to a positive team environment through effective communication and collaboration with colleagues.
• I train other new employees to make sure they are able to perform all of our duties required smoothly.
• I act as the cashier and reconcile the funds at the end of every shift.
• I communicate with my supervisors and and the customers prior to every event.
