My Goal in life is to make a difference in the lives of our youth, I am a Resource Family Parent/ Mentor and I have experience in working with teen moms and teens in group homes and foster homes that have struggled with substance and nicotine addictions , alcohol abuse, I have worked with teens that developmental disabilities, mental and emotional health crisis, I've worked social workers with wrap teams and support teams that have helped children battling addiction helping them navigate through mental health crisis as well.

  • I am a Licensed Foster Parent and Resource Family Teen Home and I take in children and teens, teen moms that have struggled with substance abuse addiction and I've had some really good outcomes with walking with the teens helping them navigate through their process of recovery and healing it is a journey that I have taken with a lot of teens within the last 10 plus years so I have hands on experience in this field, I've also taken the teens group and individual, Anger management, therapy, Substance Abuse Classes and meetings also provided transportation to and from Doctors appointments as a Direct Support Person as well serving as a liazon between the courts, youth partners , served as a parent partner, I’ve been working closely with court appointed casa workers, social workers and an advocate for the teens, their infants and children as well.
