Duties include collaborating with Sales and revenue management to drive incremental business, analyzing distressed asset capital project requirements and correcting life safety violations, monitoring labor and controllables costs, identifying guest dissactisfaction issues and implementing root cause solutions in alignment with brand compliance and establishing a constant improvement, guest centric mindset
Additionally included is the oversight of an All American restaurant, Sports themed lobby bar and a franchised Drago’s Seafood Restaurant along with 30,000 sq ft of conference and break-out meeting space.
