• Deliver comprehensive critical care to post-operative cardiovascular patients, including those recovering from open-heart surgeries such as CABG, valve replacements, and aortic repairs.
• Monitor and manage advanced hemodynamic monitoring systems, including arterial lines, central lines, Swan-Ganz catheters, and continuous cardiac telemetry.
• Administer vasoactive and inotropic medications to maintain cardiac stability and support optimal perfusion.

• Maintain strict adherence to infection control practices, documentation standards, and hospital protocols in a high-acuity ICU environment
