• Help customers resolve their issues with their ez-pass account, pay fines, and issue/sale new ez-pass tags. My work performance was great but due to personal reasons at the time, I had to let the job go. I was told I could return if I ever wanted to.

• Employed through a temp agency that no longer exists. In my 4 year period, I've worked for about 5 different customer service companies tied to this temp agency. Whenever one assignment was completed, some of us would be relocated to another CS position they had available.

Valet Supervisor for a popular restaurant. I had a team of five valets, and together we would figure out our parking setups for each event by the number of guests, due to limited parking spaces. Never any accidents!!
