As a student aide/teacher's assistant at this school, I once more was able gain pivotal skills that would aide me in the following:

• Enhanced students'' critical thinking skills through problem-solving activities and group collaboration exercises.
• Provided timely feedback to students on their performance, allowing them to make adjustments as needed for continued improvement.
• Participated in professional development opportunities to stay current on the latest teaching trends and methodologies, enhancing overall effectiveness as an educator.
• Facilitated effective learning experiences for students by utilizing a variety of instructional techniques to meet their unique needs.

During my time as a high school student at this school, I enrolled into various clubs/organizations that opened up volunteer positions for me including HOSA, NHS, and Science Olympiad. Through collaborating with my peers and those around me I was able to acquire crucial skills including, but not limited to:

• Assisting with special events and programs.
• Communicating with staff members to stay informed about volunteer opportunities and events.
• Maintaining clean, neat, and operational facilities to serve school/program needs.
• Supporting engaging, fun, and smooth-running events by helping with organization and planning.
• Using strong interpersonal communication skills to convey information to others.
