• Managed time efficiently utilizing the ability to juggle incoming calls, work existing investigations, write reports and prepare case files for the District Attorney's Office.
• Met with Assistant District Attorneys to prepare and organize case files for successful outcomes at trials.
• Coordinated and performed trainings with local financial institutions and businesses for robbery awareness and preparation.
• Researched and utilized tracking technology for more effective surveillance during investigations.
