• Created weekly schedules that accommodated employee availability and personal requests. I also helped customers manage their transactions with cash, ensuring they provided the correct amount or received the appropriate change.
• Additionally, I managed card transactions in person or over the phone. When handling store-to-bank transactions, I meticulously counted, grouped, and labeled all the cash accurately.
