Samaritan Village Case Manager based at BTC working directly on Comprehensive Opioid Intervention Network (COIN) grant project

• Provide comprehensive Case Management and counseling services to assigned caseload, create treatment plans and connect participants to appropriate resources. Responsible for monitoring each client's progress, writing reports for their monthly court appearances and appearing with them in court (both in-person and virtually).
• Proficient in clinical interviewing and conducting in-depth psychosocial assessments
• Developed Safety Plan Risk Assessment- which is performed on high- risk/high-need BTC participants with Opioid Use Disorder and some who are dually diagnosed
• Currently facilitates BTC's first Moral Reconation Therapy-Opioid group
• Certified to conduct Seeking Safety- Certified to facilitate Seeking Safety for dual diagnoses of PTSD and SUD
• Complete appropriate grant related requirements; such as GPRA reporting
• Engage in conferences with the Judge and BTC team when required

• Samaritan Village Recovery Coach based at BTC working directly on the Medication Assisted Treatment track (MAT) grant project
• Completed safety assessments on high-risk clients to help determine treatment plan
• Developed overdose awareness training to provide recovery intervention
• Counseled BTC participants on medication compliance
• Aided in enhancing prosocial skills
• Helped to provide smooth reintegration through discharge planning

• Delegate responsibilities to residents in the residential setting; 50-60 people
• Assist staff with facilitating groups
• Monitored clients' behaviors and assessed them with counselors
• Held clients accountable for their actions; mediations, debriefings, write-ups, etc.
