· Ensuring TPR packets are received, processed and submitted to the TPR Director in a timely manner. This includes but not limited to the following:
o An initial review of TPR packets
o Ensuring deficiencies are rectified before final submission
o Final review and preparation of TPR packets for the Attorney General’s Office
o Providing support to the field staff through communication and training as it relates to TPR

· Assisting with the process of providing permanency for Children for MDCPS in custody
· Setting up and processing annual reviews on Adoption Assistance case files for adoptive children who were adopted to pay the subsidy
· Opening and closing Medicaid on adoptive children who were adopted
· Processing Adoption Assistance extensions for 18 years old’s by review and termination of contracts from the State of Mississippi
· Deputy Compact Administrator for Interstate Compact on Adoption and Medical Assistance (ICAMA) for the State of Mississippi
o Representing and processing ICAMA requests for adoptive children moving across state lines
· Receiving, distributing, and routing incoming/outgoing correspondence, screening material prior to distribution to the appropriate person and establishing upcoming due dates
· Maintaining supervisor’s calendar by scheduling and confirming appointments, special events, and conferences and ensures that supervisors are fully briefed on all matters
· Ensuring overall confidentiality of subject matter files and records including policies, issues, and decisions
· Serving as a liaison to the Associate Warden, personally processing requests; resolving a variety of issues without supervisor’s intervention
· Assisting in the coordination, planning, scheduling, and conducting of training sessions for the Mississippi Electronic Courts system throughout the state
