My position in the Publix deli requires customer service at either the hot case, the sub station or the traditional part of the deli where customers receive their cold cuts and sliced cheeses. As a Publix deli associate it is my responsibility to make sure the customers are taken care of in a timely fashion, and that the deli is kept clean and orderly.

My position required me to assist the teacher(s) with the daily education and life skills goals of kids with special needs, age ranges 3-22. I helped to keep data on the kids behavior and to helped manage the students during the day in small groups, at lunch, during recess and during their specials classes. I did this for 10 years at Caminti ESE center and for 2 years at Town n Country Elementary.
