As a Site Director, I manage day-to-day operations of before and after-care childcare programs for school-aged children. I also would communicate with families about daily activities and updates. Additionally, I would ensure a safe and engaging environment for all participants.

Working as a Paraprofessional, we utilized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Techniques to support students with diagnoses. I assisted in implementing individualized educational plans (IEPs), reinforcing positive behaviors, and promoting academic, social, and emotional development in a structured and supportive environment.

As a group leader, I would collaborate with the Site Director to ensure the children's safety and supervision. I would facilitate engaging activities that promote learning and development and support and guide the children during program hours.
