  • My key responsibilities were to review orders and check them against paperwork attached to the order and make sure the information was correct
  • If not correct I would reach out to the department the issue was associated with and get it corrected or clarified
  • Once the information was correct; I would invoice and send the customer the invoice

  • The invoice was then added to the order and the ledger with backup information attached
  • I also helped train 6 other billers to do the job
