Being in the service industry for the past decade, I’ve gained priceless experience working from a server all the way up to running a restaurant. My style can be Unorthodox at times but I also work well within a system. I am motivated to tackle new challenges and enjoy new opportunities. I embrace learning what I do not know and enjoy sharing what I do. I’m committed to reaching goals, set by myself, or my employer. I’m efficient in problem solving, customer service, and data analytics. I’ve create standards and systems, as well as, help a restaurant be built from the ground up. I look forward to facing a new challenge, and/or field of expertise, and thrive on the unknown and never being content with average placement.
