As a crew scheduler I'm responsible for notifying crew members of changes in their assignments, answering in-coming calls from crew, and assisting in hotel and travel for crew member. In addition, reacting to flight irregularities and monitoring for compliance with all Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) and company regulations. While doing these duties in a caring and professional manner.

As a Customer Service Agent I was responsible for assisting guests with travel needs at Alaska Airlines. I worked ticketing, check-in, controlling flights and boarding in a timely manner. Rebooking stranded passengers, helped with unaccompanied minors, and assisting passengers when needed.

• Flight Follower for F-15, T-38s, and all AMCC aircraft
