- Act as liaison for Center Medical Director and Divisional Medical Director as the Medical Operational Supervisor.
- Assist with daily center operations to include development (training) of all staff members. Also, to assess and improve the processes, troubleshoot issues, and manage donor flow.
- Provide clear and consistent instructions/directions, conduct meetings, and communicate performance expectations. In collaboration with center management, conduct performance appraisals/performance feedback, document level of corrective actions.
- Create schedules for direct reports, monitor timecards, attendance, overtime usage, and opening and closing duties of the center.
- Provided medical oversight and guidance to center specialty and employee Hep B program. Maintain clean efficient work environment and comply with all EHS/OSHA policies and procedures. Conduct routine internal procedures and documentation audits as applicable.
