    Promote behavioral health management programs and provide community resources available to
    members; utilize engagement skills and motivational interviewing techniques to enroll members in

    Perform behavioral health assessments with members and caregivers.
    Assist with coordinating patient care, e.g., transportation arrangements, medical appointment
