• Supported the successful integration of electronic newborn screening results via interface from the State Department of Health into Orlando Health's existing Epic EHR system, ensuring a smooth transition for both staff and patients. We were pioneers as this type of integration with a State Department of Health was the first of its kind in the country.
• Supported and refined analytical dashboards in Epic and PowerBI to support data-driven decision-making in patient safety and quality measures.
