Regional Initiative and Inventory Specialist:

Developed standard operating procedure (SOP) for the pilot program to optimize just-in-time (JIT) inventory, redesigned warehouse and sales floor layout, and workflow patterns to ensure employee efficiency and accurate stock levels to minimize operational cost and inventory levels.

Regional Inventory Trainer:

Was responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating an inventory management training inactive across a specific geographic region, ensuring that store leadership at various locations understood and executed inventory inactive and their store-specific plans. Including new unloading procedures, binning layouts, and procedures, system-generated inventory-pulling task completion, and self-audits of storage areas for inventory accuracy. Optimizing stock levels and traveling to different facilities to provide hands-on training and coaching of management teams.

Store Operator:

Day-to-day operations encompass aspects such as staff supervision, inventory control, customer service, sales performance, and ensuring smooth operational flow. Market trends and historical data were used to effectively schedule and order inventory.
