Conduct complicated searches of various FBI database other government agency systems or private industry systems and public sources to locate any data regarding a particular subject/topic and analyze the information to compile a profile

Assemble , collate and analyze raw data from various field office reports files and other communications as well as determining the significance and relatability of all the data with the goal of producing logical written reports for circulation within the FBI

Applies methods and techniques to handle difficult telephonic and face-to-face complaints and inquiries from the public, displaying tack and diplomacy as the contact point with the public

Maintains constant liaison with the on-scene contact for the emergency and until official termination of the emergency situation or transfer of authority to the appropriate authority
