Ricardo Matias

My name is Ricardo Matias, and I am currently a Construction Management student at Cal State East Bay. I am an individual seeking to expand my knowledge and gain hands-on experience outside the classroom by learning directly from experienced professionals in the field. Throughout my academic career, I have developed a familiar foundation in areas such as project planning, scheduling, cost estimation, safety protocols, and construction interpretation. My coursework has only scratched the surface to understand the decision-making and applied aspects of construction, and I am eager to apply these concepts in a real-world environment.
